Did I miss some kind of memo on these? I'm suddenly seeing a ton come through with comments claiming they are eligible gathering spots in supporting info.

I fail to see what's so special about a corkboard advertising lost cats, guitar lessons and yoga classes that it rates the same as a little free library
They do hold the function of being community gathering places. But like many things, it is likely to be very situational.
In the same game gazebos are all 5* candidates. I don't try to make sense of all the guidelines, just follow them lol.
