[Gameplay Feedback] Allow completion of glyph hack sequence when no data connection

Basically, it's annoying when I am not able to complete a glyph hack sequence due to no data connection. (Poor reception areas while commuting)
The timer keeps running in the background and I am unable to continue doing the glyph sequence to get my perfect glyph sequence.
The only solution will be to either cancel and forgo the sequence bonus or just submit the sequence I have partially glyphed for the bonus items

There is another solution: Let me carry on glyphing (until the time limit, or I've entered enough glyphs, or I tap "Done"), and submit the whole sequence when the signal comes back. Aka "feature parity with Redacted".
