Post disappearing... For review?

My post disappeared after editing for grammar. so I tried to do it again and then I once again edited for grammar and the post disappeared but this time I caught a little prompt that explained that it would be reviewed by Niantic staff.

is this something that happens when you tap the edit button a couple times within a minute? I can't really imagine that I triggered any automatic review with what I was talking about...and now both of these are probably going to be reviewed and I'm going to have two very similar posts going live at the same time which I don't think I can delete either yet.

Do flags trigger this? Again I can't really imagine that what I was saying would have been controversial to anyone enough to flag it.

So I'm left at a screen where I'm editing a blank post and if I hit cancel the post just doesn't exist anymore.
