For anybody still curious/stuck, the format to the answer of the bottom right hand clue is three words: #### aaaa, aaaaaaa (but you don't necessarily need it to solve the rest of the challenge).
That comment (hint) from MarkJairo, was very important to me because I knew that he could give me the mechanism of obtaining, as was the audacity in the second challenge and that led me to ask about Vladimir L? Chocobonbon
I just lacked the method, I got that by analyzing the suffix for a long time, once I got it, I thought about walking from the finish line to the start 😅
The hardest part was finding the right method to compare words to find the differences. After I done a couple manually I even found the right calculator by accident.
Akeca I must disagree as far as I'm concerned they didn't give away much at all. I truthfully didn't have any real clue based on counting distance. Until I got a proper look at the bottom right clue didn't know what the heck I was looking at or where to look at all.
You try to chastise others for "giving too much away" but I personally seriously doubt I'd have ever figured this one out without that bottom right clue. Hindsight IS 20/20 and you seem to be one of those who just likes to ignore that fact.
Finally got it. Manually counting substitutions got me nowhere, I eventually got the right thing into Google to find the name for what I was trying to do and then it became easy. I also learned a bit about Lenin in the process.
1- Dreamer: seems like we have a barcode, well let's find an algorithm for it.. solved.
2- Interpreter: well we have audio now, let's SEE what we can do with it... got it.
3- Visionary: this paragraph might indicate the use of a similar algorithm... solved... well, half of it 'cause it can't be redeemed yet due to preffix I guess.

I spotted the 7-letter word in there before figuring out how to descramble the whole string -- and still found it to be misleading, because it's the name of a similar measurement/algorithm that's not quite the one required. And as other people appear to understand the concept but are unable to get the right numbers out, getting the same half-solved hint I reached won't help them either.
I didn't chastise anybody, just asked a simple question (that's a fact)
"Hindsight is 20/20" is a saying which means that "It's easy to know the right thing to do after something has happened, but it's hard to predict the future" (that's NOT a fact)

If you've already got 16 characters, then the bottom right hand corner is not going to help you any further (afaik).
Now you need to work out which characters are numerical and which are not. and whether you have the correct keyword. @maurirrai don't give up!
In terms of the number of steps, this is the shortest puzzle-to-answer of all the challenges so far!

Got it, finally - miscounted the first few times and selected the wrong letter as a number
What I'm trying to say is: if you don't know how to count the words, the clue should help you.
If you DO already know how to count the words, then the clue probably won't help you to solve the rest of the puzzle.

To me, this is the most unfair decoding challenge so far. After getting the keyword and suffix, the preffix goes something like:
• Umm, there's a character missing sooooo ummm.. we're adding "this" to compare with "this" to have one more character.
• Next step, there's no logic nor clue in what characters should stay as a letter or number.
Preview challenges were straight to the passcode format, this one not the case.
Words in bold and italics are the answer
What I mean is:

Yes, I understand, but Visionary refers to the Directive on the lower right that makes this challenge fair with the two previous challenges 🤗
Well then we will probably get more of this scenario since we already know the preffix and suffix character count.
