Pay money to get my account fixed and running

If it can get this process done faster I would be more then willing to pay money to expedite it. It's been over 2 months to where I can't play on my account. I cannot look at my stats, I cannot read comms, cannot unlink emails, attacking, recharging, deploying, transferring, modding takes forever or doesnt work at all.@NianticAkshay @NianticBCWhen looking at portals, agent names come up as the recursed symbol and can't be read (even of the agents are not recursed).

I have gone to support and I feel like I just get a common end statement and then nothing. I have done so much on this that I don't want to end Engrish.

    I must comment on this, because you Niantic guys stop responding on another thread @Engrish and many others are claiming very critical issue, which I am facing as well. Our support were even worse, they closed conversation saying "Ya, we recognize your problem. Be patient. Any other issue?".

    WE CAN'T PLAY YOUR GAME FOR LONG TIME. We can't participate anomaly (if held), we can't take part in tesselation, we can't create a CF, we can't hack, we can't view stats of ourselves, nothing. Hope you take this issue seriously,

    I can't believe any of your words above. I've had no sincere response from Niantic on this issue (previous thread left behind was https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/5096/cant-recharge-wont-load-agents-names).

    You are holding tesselation, but not for us because we can't hack. You are going to hold Umbra Deploy Challenge, but not for us because we can't deploy. Any current and future event using scanner won't be for us.

    Now all I can play is decoding challenge because it doesn't need scanner. (but my first record was ignored). Sigh.

    @punchingcat sent in another support request asking about the status on my issue. Going to make it a weekly thing. Last time I got a "it's being handled" type response. This time I haven't gotten anything yet (sent the request in about 10 hours ago).

  • @Engrish Thank you for sharing information, I really appreciate it. However, I have little hope that their support will give us any meaningful information. They only repeat some programmed words kinda "We understand the problem" "It takes time" "Be patient", like a lazy chatbot. We need to let responsible person notice that this problem is very severe and has been left unsolved for several months.

    @punchingcat I think I found a solution!!! I had both my Google and FB account linked. Past updates wouldn't let me do it but this most recent let me remove one of the linked accounts (my FB one was the odd duck) try signing in on which ever you created your account with and unlink the other. From there sign out then sign back in the the originally linked account. Turn the app off and on. I did this process a few times and it seems to have let me do actions and all the other stuff I haven't been able to do.

  • @Engrish Yeeees!! You did it! That solution worked for me, too. As you say I think unlinking one of accounts was not possible in previous version, but I'm not sure. Again thank you for sharing golden information! 😘

    @punchingcat well my excitement has been thrown back in the trash. 1 hour later I went to boot up Prime and it went back to the way it was. I have been linking and unlinking the Google and FB accounts and nothing is working now.... I'm about to give up on all of it... This is ****.... Hopefully you don't have the same fate...

    @NianticBrian please help. My account was working, after months of not and it was because of the linked accounts but after 1 hour of the app being off it went back to being unable to play. Is this a known issue and is it being worked on to be fixed? I have sent in numerous support requests and have heard nothing!

    @Engrish In my side, right after I restart the app it looks like problematic state as we've been. But, from that point I read comm, it's very slow and takes a few minutes, my status get synchronized and get back to normal operation. Also I noticed that unlinking operation needs that synchronization (reading comm) as well.
