Upgrades Available but not getting Applied

I have got 3 upgrades Available but when I nominate something it doesn't get upgraded. Same thing happening with others too

You can only upgrade one at a time. If you do not upgrade, system will do it for you.😉

I don't have any in upgraded.. All my previous ones are already accepted... I have three upgrades already available...But after I made a new nomination it didn't get upgraded automatically... Now if I apply upgrade next, it will get upgraded when I get a 4th upgrade available.. Meaning my 3 upgrades which are available are useless, until the bug is fixed.

So what happens when you put upgrade next on one? I thought when Wayfarer rolled out that it stopped automatically selecting them, but I've had upgrade next marked every time I got one.

When I click upgrade next.. It waits for a new upgrade(100%) to get completed and only then goes in upgrade.. But the upgrades i have already don't get applied..
