Premium items counting against Inventory
Why do premium items like frackers and beacons count against our inventory?
This seems like more of a punishment for giving niantic money. It would be nice if I could keep a supply of beacons or frackers without having them count against inventory space (to a reasonable limit).
Then key capsules make sense to count against inventory, because of the story mechanics. So it would also make sense that these CM items only count as 1 for each type and could only stack to a defined limit.

yeah they should be in their own tab and not take up your inv, say i buy 20 frackers and i wanna hold o nto them and beacons.. they should not take up space imo.. or give us a capsule that can hold them or something.
It's called "CMU", and it doesn't count against inventory. You don't have to spend it all at once.
When I claimed the free Toast beacons on Friday they certainly counted against my inventory.
That's a fair point
This is true, as I've been sitting on 30,000 CMU for over 2 years. Probably closer to 3 years.
I'm just itching for something worth buying.
But the OP did not say "why does CMU count against our inventory?" they said "why do frackers and beacons count against our inventory?".
GorillaSapiens said that just because you have CMU, it does not mean you have to spend it. This is a threaded conversation, yo.
Clearly i need to add more smileys for the humor impaired. =) =) =)
