Account unplayable after Xiaomi ban Redmi 5

I am enclosing a video showing the status of my account now.. it's been months since I can't play and I can't afford a new device .
Please anybody .. I have lost all hope I want my account back. If this is the case for me .. what would become of others who are banned for no reason . I cannot play since July ..

have u made a support ticket asking for help? i thought they fixed the bans on xiaomi long ago.
@mortuus I tried many times times you can't even count they have muted me and I get no replies...in what way can I contact them if they are silenting my conversation .
If it was pokemon go they would have had an immediate response as these ban waves came into their attention when it started affecting Pokémon go players
This is a serious problem. Think of a person who invested his time and everything and got banned for no reason . And he hasn't the needed support from a company
and u have disabled gamebooster or whatever its called? i know xiaomi has some software that triggers bans etc... not sure what else to do :( they make good phones but their software i dont trust really..

Same problem. Got banned without specific reason. I use Xiaomi Redmi 5 too with in built game booster. Tired of getting the same automatic reply again and again. I lost all hope.
I will not stop till I get an official clarification solution regarding my issue . People start thinking when such a similar problem occurs to them .

If your appeal has been denied the first time, support will not respond to any subsequent tickets.
Exactly the same problems due to Redmi 5 and its updates. Since August 7, the game does not work, actions are not performed, the ap is not recruited. Changing the phone to an iPhone did not help. Letters of support also did not save. But I don’t feel like throwing a game and an account at all! 4 years of the game all the same🙈
