Cellular Towers

In our city we have some cellular towers with decorations/calligraphy/art, and while we consider them visually unique, some locals think they’re on the do not submit list, has there been any official reference regarding those?

    Same as watertower. Alone = nono. Unique decoration or format = maybe.

    Is it accessible and not dangerous?

    Yes, it’s in the corner of a public park.

    Water towers are to be accepted as they are all really noticeable for far away 🤔

    there are huge amount of cell towers everywhere. makes no sense adding all those.

    Water towers are rare but still without a decoration they are just decent objects

    @Khatre just because you see it far away it does not make it a good candidate.

    If it's not decorated or unique format, it's just a big pillar. In most cases are in commercial or industry area, so no cultural value either. Some even are just bought so mass production item.

    Some water towers are on land available for passive recreation, so they have fitness value

    This is an example I found online of one of these telecom towers in the middle of a public park in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. It has calligraphy and Islamic decoration patterns.

    That's a valid one imo @SaudF

    That's a really cool cellular tower. However if there are too many of them and they all look the same they can be considered as corporate art. However if they are all unique individually and have that level of artistic design then I would approve them.

    "or are otherwise a noticeable noteable monument" is often interpreted as being able to see it far away. They are used as a landmark for many travellers and truckies throughout Australia.

    @SaudF - that looks acceptable.
