Churches in residential neighborhoods
I know that wayspots within 40m of primary residential housing is supposed to be rejected, but I feel bad regretting churches that are in neighborhoods but with large parking lots and across the street from PRH. The language from the help is a little ambiguous:
"Please be sure to closely review nominations whose real-world location appears to be within 40 meters of private, single-family residential property, and nominations whose real-world location appears to be in a neighborhood park. To be clear, nominations should be rejected if their real-world location appears to be on private, single-family residential property or might encourage people to go onto private property (e.g., because the real-world location is at the end of a private driveway)."
If there church has plenty of space and the wayspot wouldn't encouraged people to go onto private property, would you accept?

That's incorrect. They are to receive more scrutiny to ensure that they are not on private residential property or would not cause anyone to trespass on private residential property (such as a wayspot near the end of a driveway). Churches are not private residential property.
If people would pay attention to these 40m rule, then nothing here would exist an dno church would be a stop anywhere.
Thank you both for the clarification. I have been accepting them, so I appreciate the reinforcement
Typically, a church has it's own way in, so no "encourage people to go onto private property"
