FS start times not happening as advertised at FevGames. Has happened multiple times locally.

I am writing to ask why is it that my local FS start times have been wrongly handled two times now since the new system went live. This month it said 11am start time for FS Fort Worth and we get registration at 11am instead of 10am when it was supposed to show up so everyone stopped playing at 1pm instead of 2pm as we expected now half of our scores are in limbo due to miscommunications and a local agent was very upset as it was her first FS and she had amassed 200K AP and she was hoping to use it towards leveling. I had 100K AP I don't expect to even get a half of what was earned during the expected time frame.

Im a little lost so you thought your AP window was between 11am - 1Pm but it was really 12-2?
Asuming you have entered in the wrong time it Sounds like it might have been a case of human error with the POC's, which is odd that both wouldn't notice. Ours window was 10am - 12pm and had a lack of media issue. If it was just a human mistake well these things happen.
You have the problem backwards. The start time in the web site is supposed to be when the registration portal goes live. Double AP starts an hour after that.
It literally says that in the instructions.
