Account is Banned in Ingress so can not access wayfarer for Pogo

I have an account that was banned randomly in Ingress, I never could get an explanation of why, the only things we come up with are possibly picking up items dropped by someone who was cheating, or playing at the same portal or on the same wifi as someone who was cheating?

Anyway I started over and it's all good, but it's now made it so my pogo account which is now level 40 get's a message that I am banned in one of Niantic's games. Is there any way to clear this? delete the account? it was only level 5 anyway.

I still oddly get emails from Niantic on that email for Ingress and they site the old agent user name, logging into the app get's "access denied". I really don't think it's fair to be extending the ban this far and hard and not even having a reliable ban detection system?!

    the guy claimed everything good after pogo support deleted his pogo account, i have no idea why pogo support did that, any kind of niantic support dont delete banned accounts for some reason, so apparently the only way to ''fix'' is either delete the account in the concerned app or unban it something that definately wont happen, to bad you were banned when there wasnt 3 strike policy, that would be 1 strike

    so...i dont think there is a fix for this, might be in the future because i think isnt because they decided to be like this, is mostly because the way OPR is implemented/coded so was translated into wayfarer with the way they sync stuff with emails accounts, doubt they even care right now so they are just going to copy paste an answer if you contact support

    so unless there is a riot from people like you, might make them act quickly or think about it just like has happened in the past, so create your complaint and get signs lol

    You could try linking your pogo account to a FB login, then changing your linked gmail account

  • Ur probably using the same email address for both Ingress & Pogo
