Submissions sent to LAT 0, LON 0 should be removed by NIANTIC
Some context: A few weeks ago, I've requested help from fellow reviewers to some countries in Africa: https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/comment/26540/#Comment_26540
Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa, such as Angola, Mozambique and all others in a major part of the continent are left without a proper reviewing community in place to review candidates. Most of these candidates are submitted from tourists since the local community is left without portals and ways to reach L10. And, in the cases where they reach L10, they're stuck without reviewers. Candidates are stuck "forever".
Some fellow agents moved their bonus location to some of these countries and started reviewing candidates in those areas - and yes, portals have gone live which is a great achievement, well done everyone!
The problem: Some of these agents are bumping into candidates that were submitted with Lat 0, Long 0, right in the middle of the ocean https://www.google.pt/maps/place/0%C2%B000'00.0%22N+0%C2%B000'00.0%22E Certainly, this was a mishap of the phone when submitting. I remember seeing this in foursquare.
Maybe these candidates have been here "forever". We know now that submitters can withdraw these, but couldn't NIANTIC run a batch reject for these? I'm sure there's someone out there complaining on why their playground submission has been stuck for 2 years.
It's proper house cleaning. Just a thought.
EDIT: I'm suspecting these are all REDACTED submissions since you could move the pin around the map without a proper check. Agents reviewing these haven't seen a supporting photo which adds to the theory of not being PRIME submissions.

I think this may have happened to me and that's why niantic suspended my reviewing.
Same thing could have happen here I'm guessing someone's account get suspended.
Now my account is active again I have to retake the test but seems it's a niantic problem and I shouldn't need too.
Null island must be a really popular place!
