@NianticBrian I know there is a ton of negativity at the moment. From what I can see around chats and the forum, these three things are top tier issues for retaining players at the moment.

#1 Fix Prime from random crashing. This is widely reported and a huge issue. (Seems to be mostly Android but not always?).

#2 Fix spoofer reports from being auto closed, no ban. This is killing interest from long term players big time.

#3 Making changes? Announce in advance, tell us why, even if only in rough outline. Allow enough time to back down/make changes if the players start grabbing pitchforks. I note you seem to be doing this more often now which is great.

We can live with cosmetic issues etc for the time being.
