I think Prime not Always use maximum GPS and lost to more bad GPS signal on phone with the problem. I hope Niantic soon work hard with prime and GPS issues.
There was once an issue with this long ago in the old days of Ingress where agents did something like this. But it was fixed in Redacted...then broken in Prime....hmmm

Still doesn't work.
And often throws you off the PoI reliably when GPS error is less than 2m
