Rules for support photo (picture) in Wayfarer
I saw a support photo like the bellow link:
This picture is an edited-screen shot, not a photo taken by the submitter.
Is it eligible? Is there any rules from NIA Ops about the support photo?

There haven't been any rules given and it won't go live if accepted. That's a weird support photo though
Support photos don't go into the game, so they don't have the same guidelines as portal photos. If it helps locate the portal, that's all that matters. Same for statement (e.g. URLs)
While mostly I agree, I did reject one based on a supporting photo which identified the submitter. I assume that the rule is in part to prevent bias in ratings, so even though it doesn't go live it still influences the reviewers.
Sure. I used a photo of a map once to prove a trail head was where I submitted it.
Same, park maps in supporting photos have helped me get so many more portals approved.
