"Account is locked in the game" Message - For no reason?! / Support dead?

Hello,

i have a problem that since a few days, i can not login into wayfarer anymore.

When i login i recieve this message:

It translate to "You account is banned in the game".

I still can login to the game with my account with no problems. Therefore my account is not banned. But i simply can not login into wayfarer anymore.

I never had a bad agreement rate and was always in the green area when voting on portals/waypoints.

I tried to contact support through the Ingame App and also through the website. I simply do not get any answer at all - not even a generic one.


What is happening? Am I the only one with that problem? Why is the support not responding at all?!

Any suggestions what to do now? Im really out of ideas at this point...

  • You get that message if you are banned in any Niantic game.

    So if you got banned in Pogo, your out of luck in Wayfarer, even if you already used it when it was OPR
