Premium goods not delivered, no response from support in app after 48 hours.
Two days ago the store showed a key locker as being available for purchase. I purchased one and it still showed as available so I decided to purchase a second one. The CMU was deducted from my balance both times. The two key lockers never showed up in my inventory. I messaged support through the app and have not heard any response back after 48 hours. I want to either get the two lockers added to my inventory or get a refund on my CMU. How else can I contact them? Is there someone on the forums that can assist me?

Are you sure they are not in your inventory? They are located after your capsules.
I bought 5 more Key Lockers and I don't have them in my inventory either. I paid 14900 CMU. I don't have Key Lockers or CMUs.
I am positive they are not there. I bought the 5-pack when I started and still only have 5 lockers in my inventory.
Have you tried contacting them though the app?
You can only own one of each kind of locker (so maximum of five, unless you were lucky enough to get the sixth locker during the fifth-anniversary event).
So if the store allowed you to purchase another one, that must be a bug in the store and you should get a CMU refund.
If you've already bought one it says "Limit of 5 per Agent" in the description when you view it in inventory. I'm not sure why it doesn't also say this in the store while you are buying it. However, these don't appear in my store at all because I already have them.
I hope Niantic fix the bug soon!
I have all five as well so I was surprised to see it in the store. I thought maybe they finally listened to their customer base and decided to add more key lockers but instead it is just a bug. I still have yet to hear anything from in-game support. Terrible customer service smh
