I've been paying attention the rejections my group and I have been receiving and *everything* close to a residence, whether it's an apartment complex or a community clubhouse in a neighborhood, has been denied for Private Residential Property. Is this happening in anyone else's area?

I think it’s just because some portals are rated very low, and then some not good reviewer is rejected for a bad reason, so if it doesn’t get approved I’ll just give the bad reject reason from the bad reviewer

  • I haven’t gotten any replies that this would apply to, but it’s terrifying if it’s a broad thing.

    It would be very concerning

But I think Glider is likely right and if others have just 2* it thinking the submission was bad but not ineligible than maybe the reviewer/s that labeled it 1* and selected a reason is the reason your are seeing.

It's been the first reason for the majority of the rejections which I thought was the most rejection reason chosen and it's things like fountains and clubhouses which have always easily gone through before. Scratching my head about what changed.

The "reject reasons" have not been updated for years; as such some reviewers may use a certain reason in a wider capacity.

The increase has been in the last week not long enough to panic but enough to make me curious if anyone else is experiencing the same. More people likely read over the new guides with wayfarer and if they read it as reject everything close to PRP then a lot of eligible things are going to get rejected.
