Can't recharge, wont load agents names.
Loaded up Prime, went to recharge, didn't show other agents name and showed them as "recursed" when they aren't. Then went to recharge and it didn't go through. Only apps i can compare to is PokeGo and Wizards which I can play both with no problem.

@NianticBrian @NianticCasey @RedSoloCup It's been over 2 weeks, I can't hack, I cant recharge, I can't pull items out of capsules, I can't read my own stats, I can't read other Agents names. I can only see a portal, my agent name on the resonator spots and it shows the other agent as "recursed" but not their name in their resonator spot. I went to support and they said reinstall, clear cache and that it is temporary. TWO WEEKS IS NOT TEMPORARY! I can play the other Niantic games but not INGRESS PRIME.

@NianticCasey I have most current build, 2.33.1-8a221209, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data multiple times, I have LGV20 - Andriod 8.0. I can play Niantics other apps, Pokemon GO and Wizards Unite without issue.
Kinda baffled, was told by support to, "Use a different device". Kinda think that if I could use both Pokemon Go and Wizards Unite that I could also use Ingress Prime. Well, unfortunately I cannot use another device, so I guess I am SOL for INGRESS.
There are a couple more people on the community forums mentioning issues like this, which appear as soft bans. One person has tried logging in via another user’s phone and they still can’t play. They contacted support who told them that they haven’t heard of others with the issue.
Would suggest adding your comments to their threads and they add comments to yours so that the scale of the issue is highlighted.
I also have the same problems. Basically I'm unable to perform any in-game activities. I can view my inventory, and that's it. Loading my profile just hangs...

Hi @Engrish, thanks for your patience. I checked in with the product team and it looks like this is related to a current known issue. The good news is that they think they have a fix coming in the next update, I'll let you know once I have a more firm timeline on that, but it should be...soon.

@NianticBrian @NianticCasey @RedSoloCup today's 11/05/2019 update all issues are the same. And I have been in Wi-Fi, low data to high data areas as well in the past week with the same results. I absolutely cannot play Prime.
the LGV20 phone is from 2016 so the specs arent exactly highend, since prime is very cpu/gpu heavy maybe that is the reason for your problem? Prime is more demanding then pokemon go or harry potter unite..
This is still affecting a number of players all over. it isn't their phones, and it isn't the version they're using. The commonality seems to be that they hadn't played in a while. All the players I'm aware of have submitted tickets, on both factions. A number of them weren't able to participate in the last anomaly. It was brought up in the POC slack for Umbra.
@mortuus I was able to play Prime fine til the redacted turn off. Once that happened I started getting these issues.
Just to chime in, happened to me about a week ago, albeit for only an hour or so, and I play daily to every other day depending on work.
Loaded it up and it showed the portal next to me with the agent being shown as recursed, which I know wasnt accurate as they haven't made it to level 9 yet, and couldn't perform any actions, had to reset my phone as the Prime crash had caused it to freeze.
Fortunately for me once it rebooted it was all fine again, sounds like I had a lucky escape
Another update, got a phone upgrade, I now have the One Plus 7t, but unfortunately it's still the same. Contacted support again and was told there's is not any restrictions on my account.
I've also been having the same problem since redacted closed. Support has been not responsive since it being escalated. I even bought a new phone yesterday to make sure and yes it's the account. Pogo and HP work just fine.
@NianticCasey @RedSoloCup situation is as of now this. I made a different account with a work email to test out if it is my account, device or whatever and it stands that Engrish is corrupted in some way. At most I can do on it is deploy single resonator but after that I can't do anything else. The new account I was able to start up and play without the issues my Engrish account has, I want to continue as Engrish but cannot due to this issue. I've contacted support asking questions but after the, "We've escalated your issue to a higher power" they stop responding, or even giving reassurance that they are working to find out the issue. Please, I just want to continue on Engrish, for all the years I have put into it.
Same issue. Hadn’t played in a long time but had Prime installed. Opened Prime a couple of weeks ago, it worked for a day or so, then hasn’t worked since then.
Completely same situation for me.
I have been able to do almost nothing on my scanner for a month.
