strange error message enum_map

When trying to recharge a portal in range I'm receiving a strange error message:. I feel this might be of interest to the dev team because it demonstrates that a conclusive error message might be missing.

Message is:

ENUM_MAP_RESONATOR_FAIL_LOCATION_NOT_SET

    I got the exact same error message when I tried to recharge a portal I was at.

    As I remember I think a restart "solved" it.

    This is the current speed lock issue that has existed for 12 months, in various states
