Local OPR Bingo game idea
Gather like 9 or 16 people and let them all submit a (valid) portal at the same day. Everyone sends the confirmation e-mail and photo to the game host and he makes a bingo card with the portal submits on it.
Next everyone starts OPR-ing and as soon they find the submit from the Bingo card, they have to make a screenshot and cross the picture. As soon a reviewer reviewed all submissions from the Bingo card, he wins!

Hey, that's not a bad idea.
You could have other bingo games where it's based not on the player's submissions, but just the submissions in general.
That way, you could have a night where you an some friends make a game out of reviewing.
Some square ideas:
[Title calls is a gazebo, object isn't a gazebo.]
[No Description]
[Location edit for house portal]
[Picture taken from car]
[Little Free Library at private residence]
[Foreign Language Portal]
[Supporting Statement references Pokemon Go]
[Duplicate Submission]
[Picture taken at Night]
There's a lot of possible squares. Might have to post more later.
[Supporting Statement says to 5*]
Some of the square ideas are bad things, but it helps make it more fun to review OPR for people who dislike said bad things in submissions. Even though it's an easy agreement.
[Picture has an animal or pet in it]
[Description/Supporting statement complains of previous rejection]
[You can see the submitter's reflection]
[Reference to in-game actions like hacking in the description]
[Local restaurant with no historic/importance information]
[Chain restaurant]
[Submission of previously sponsored location]
[Finger in photo]
[On school grounds]
[*Title Title Title* Sign]
[Gravestone but trying to make it look like not a gravestone]
[Blank Description instead of "No Description"]
