Clarification regarding the controversies surrounding Shard #12 "Humanist"

The shard spawned in Banglore and the India Resistance took the responsibility of sending the shard to target.

The Resistance wanted the shard to be linked with IIST portal in Kerala.

They asked India Enlightened to remove cross-links to IIST.

In the spirit of X Faction, we obliged and removed all cross-links and the link from Banglore to IIST Kerala was successfully made. Their initial plan was to send the shard to the Maldives from IIST but in between changed the plan to send it to Sri Lanka without giving any heads-up to SL Enlightened.

The Shard left the Indian border in a resistant link.

We India Enlightened are not responsible for the events that took place after the shard left the Indian borders.

Resistance alleging Enlightened and vice versa is a common story in Ingress world. The most important point to be noted here is this event is an XFAC friendly event so the ultimate winner is Ingress and not the team that scored the Shard. Whoever scored the shard both factions should be happy because this is a team event and not a competition there is no point in crying and complaining like a child and make a false allegation that it was spoofed.
