Reference to discussions now represented as rather messy URL such as:

https://community.ingress.com/jp/discussion/307/%E5%87%BA%E4%BC%9A%E3%81%88-%E5%85%B5%E5%BA%AB%E7%9C%8C%E6%B0%91#latest

but it seems that shorten URL https://community.ingress.com/jp/discussion/307 works fine with one exception - Telegram can't generate excerpt for the contents.
