If you dont live in baltimore county then what are you arguing? Its valid and allowed. Because niantic states it! Public accessible. Parks are publicly accessible.... the fields are public accessible..... dual use agreement stands and is allowed as it makes them parks and recs...
No literally Wayfarer says reject schools, it’s written in plain, simple, easy, basic English. There is no ifs ands or buts, if it’s on school grounds it’s reject.
Yes sports fields require public access, this means private clubs are deniable, but it doesn’t make something on the do not submit list eligible 😂
So are they a school or a park? Well you are right they are both! However, since school grounds are on that instant reject list, it’s an instant reject. Simple very simple concept.
My Argument still stands, that PoGO and by extension WU players will often not care about the PoI criteria, and due to their overwhelming player base, will see a enormous influx of garbage going live.
Ingress players who have diligently followed the rules are going to be relegated by the wider PoGO and WU player base as silly, and ignored, and I see no way that this can be controlled.
I’m in the general area and see his submissions a lot, but have limited familiarity with Dundalk and none with Merritt Park. There are other rational minds on here who do have the hyper-local knowledge who might know.
They are called out as Merritt park community fish spots on the tables by the shoreline. Since we had all kinds of things happen I didn't make it to it. But will today.
Here is an updated one that just came back for the park rules signs. Which were rejected this morning but per new guide are allowed. As multiple signs are allowed now.
Mr. Ciock those tables looks beyond ordinary... please tell me again how they are significant. Also on what looks like a beautiful day out the area is empty....
Use for nominations that are on the grounds of a primary, secondary, or high school. This also includes locations that may be a daycare or childcare center.

It's still a school therefore instantly rejected.

.
Baltimore county allows it Niantic doesn’t. On this situation it’s Niantics game.. it literally says immediately reject.
No it says.... public accessible..... just because you disagree doesn't mean it isn't valid... that is where your bias comes In...
All three of my “beautiful” “Featured Wayspots” are TimerCIock (legit) submissions. Weird!

Parks are, school grounds are not 😂
Schools are instant reject. End of story.
Yea. And all of Baltimore county school grounds are parks because of the dual use agreement. They are valid.

Anything on school grounds is automatically ineligible. This is not rocket science.

"However, park benches, picnic tables, or other common features might not meet criteria unless there is something significant about them."
You still haven't posted any proof of those picnic tables are designated fisherman fishing spot.
Hey do you live in that area? Do you know what is written on those picnic tables that he thinks marks them as a legitimate fishing spot?
I’m in the general area and see his submissions a lot, but have limited familiarity with Dundalk and none with Merritt Park. There are other rational minds on here who do have the hyper-local knowledge who might know.
Darn, thanks! If anyone knows what he was referring to I would really love to know. I think half my posts today was asking him about it.
This seems relevant to this thread
Seriously my area has dual use playgrounds and I refuse to submit them even though they are in city parks.
Here say it one more time.... publicly accessible for sports fields.
They are called out as Merritt park community fish spots on the tables by the shoreline. Since we had all kinds of things happen I didn't make it to it. But will today.
There is absolutely nothing at all on the picnic tables currently.

They have started to mark things. It was on the list for them. Might be this weekend then.
Yes there can Be multiple signs or even a church and a sign etc. However that sign isn’t special it’s generic so bye bye
Mr. Ciock those tables looks beyond ordinary... please tell me again how they are significant. Also on what looks like a beautiful day out the area is empty....
Being used in an activity the community can use is significant....
Looks pretty empty for a very active spot. I could go to the local park right now where I live and show at least 10 people fishing....
@imseethru Hey submit Clancy's and the God Bless America Sign too on your way back home.
Why is this an ineligible Wayspot nomination?

There is no If/and/but to this.
