Review Radius Suggestion

While we have 3 review locations & get an additional boost from an Upgraded nomination, I would like to suggest a change that could help reviewers stay more motivated in the long run.

Automatically add a 25km reviewing radius around every pending nomination by a reviewer.

This would mean that reviewers clear those areas where they submit portals faster. That in turn means their own submissions get sorted out faster too.

Having been to the area to make nominations means they would also know that area well enough to review it better.

This would be an added incentive for people to get to L12 so that their own submissions can get cleared faster.
