Fix your game before asking to pay for it !

How can you decently ask to pay for a game when you are unable to provide a proper support.

Just an example but each faction can provide many other examples these days : do you really think such kind of profil destroying a level 8 remote portal with 4 VRLA on it in the middle of the night wasn't spoofing ?!? Still no ban after multiple reports. Sorry but I won't pay anymore for any of your games until you fix this first.

    Agreed.

Report the event through the appropriate channels if you truly believe this was a spoofed attack and Niantic will investigate it. Understand that spoofing will /never/ be 100% removed the game. There will always be someone who will find a way to circumvent measures put into place by Niantic to prevent and detect spoofing, that is just because of the technological world we live in today which is full of hackers and exploiters.

If Niantic found a way to prevent their services from being exploited 100%, they would instead be a multi-billion dollar IT security firm contracted by numerous government and military agencies because clearly they must have uncovered a security feature breakthrough unknown to anyone currently.

Fix it in a different context. Please, please please. If we could get an app that doesn't freeze/stop/force a reboot every forty minutes, this would be a worthy game to pay for. Not a slightest little thing off, freeze and then it takes five minutes to get back in.

I roll a revvl. More power to those that are not experiencing freeze/stop operating/regular reboot in a big city environment.
