[Request] Additional ingress based avatars

As a lore junkie, I would love to see the following groups and organizations represented in the avatar list:

NIA (should be reserved for Niantic), Hulong, Strategic Explorations, IQ Tech, Visur, Dunraven, Nemesis, SetAI, Nomad, Central Omnilytics etc.

Other potential avatars could be based on different anomaly series / in-game badges.
