I hope Niantic work hard with the new system and if agents use Ingress++ the system atomatically ban agents. The system senses the code are from Ingress++ and atomatically ban agents extreme fast.
It seems like English is not his first language, but what I think he is trying to say in the title is Niantic should automatically ban Agents who are users of Global++'s app, Ingress++. He says as much in his comment text.
When Niantic stop Ingress++ ? I know 1 agent use Ingress++ and spoofing. Every time Niantic remove 1 spoofing account the agent start 1 new cheating account the agent use for spoofing with Ingress++ Time now for Niantic to do something when agents use Ingress++ not only remove the spoofing account/accounts.
An re-rolled Ingress client with spoofing and location modification tools built in, put out by Global++, who has since been shutdown because of a lawsuit brought by Niantic.
I know but u can destroy far more in this game then pokemon... lets say a very hard remote portal u drive 2 hours to get, setup field from it or whatever.. then a few hours later a spoofer sitting at home destroy it or just flips it, wouldnt that make u very mad ? I would be furious... let alone gas money to drive there...
People drive hours, then hike hours, then pay by the kilobyte to operate satellite modems they've paid thousands for, then camp overnight before hiking back, and the portal turns grey next to them with no-one but their hiking buddies around. Yes, they get mad. 😅
Spoof detection isn't quite as easy as most people seem to think it is simply because of the way GPS works.
A GPS device calculates position based on the strength of radio signals coming off of a group of satellites. Apps can then use that information for whatever purpose. Because that position is calculated by the device, it can be manipulated on that device. That means detection has to be based on detecting suspicious movement patterns, and it takes time to gather enough data to confirm a spoofer.
It's tough to yeet out spoofers that do it properly, I imagine. Legit players do take flights so suspect movement seems tough to nail down. Can't just ban one based on the word of one or two agents, either. There's the possibility of the reporter missing something, or just making things up because they don't like someone.
I'd be surprised if Niantic was able to/allowed to look at everything on your phone for spoofing apps. Just a privacy thing there
I can only assume Niantic knows it's users well enough that the "tolerant" stance they seem to have towards multi-accounting in Pokémon Go and perceived lack of adequate cheater protection would **** Ingress right dead in it's tracks.
People invest in this game in both money and effort and if those efforts can be nullified by cheaters and this becomes a truely widespread issue things will be over quite quickly i'd imagine, when you're just relegated to super local play most of what keeps people engaged on a larger scale is gone.

Curious question, what does "AUTO" mean in your title?

What is Ingress++?
A hacked version of the Ingress client that allows users to spoof their location data.

once redacted is retired they will turn on better anti-cheat systems i think..
I hope so but the reports of cheating in Pokemon Go doesn't give me a lot of hope.
