Account has become unplayable

I got my account suspended for reasons I didn't know as I have been playing fairly according to my knowledge . I got suspension for 7 days as a part of the three strike policy .But even after the suspension I am able to log in to my account but cannot hack nor link nor field . It has been many days since my account has been suspended. Being emotionally attached to my account it felt so depressing for me . I haven't committed any violations according to my knowledge no third party apps nothing. Even reporting to ingress support has not been helpful as I am always getting the same message again and again

Have you contacted Niantic again to ask them about why you can't access your account now that the 7 days has elapsed?
I think there's a pop-up message in Prime that you must click to acknowledge the warning (or something like that).
It's possible that there is a bug that means that you haven't seen that pop-up message?
Log out of all instances of your Google account on all devices (You can do this from your google account). Uninstall all third party apps and enable 2factor authentication. After that you may still need to wait a couple of days to be able to play again

It takes a couple of days to clear. It's not an instant fix
@Azhreia I have done it for like a 4 weeks before . I had got first warning around July . When new update to prime came came suspension was shown to be 7 days
@jacobinsctcs You must do something wrong and cheating. I dont know agents in my area get the warning when they dont cheating. I think most of the agents get the warning do something wrong (cheating)
@jontebula if I was sure I was spoofing I won't have been appealing so much to niantic support . I have not done anything wrong according to my knowledge as I don't have third party apps violating TOS . Sad by the fact that people using such apps are still free and playing in my area. .
It could be you are doing something dodgy or such with pogo or WU that ingress has detected on your phone and while you might not used these apps or such while playing ingress its still been flagged
I usually play in bus and car may be overspending was the case
@jacobinsctcs the 3 strike program has only been enabled in Ingress just 5 days ago.
So it seems weird you already have finished the 7 day ban.
@XQlusioN I have enclosed a proof of photo when I got the warning after updating prime . I live In India IST
