[Parity] Stylus Support in Prime - Glyphing and Portal selection

Prime does not allow the use of stylus (e.g. Samsung Note S-Pen) for glyph hacking, or for portal selection. While the rest of UI supports the stylus, these two things are probably what a stylus is most useful for.

After the recent UI improvements, I looked again to switch to Prime from Redacted, but the continuing inability to glyph with a stylus especially has put me off. It allows accurate glyphing in wet weather, and when it's hot you don't have sweaty fingermarks on the screen. And it's faster and more accurate. It's just not practical to switch between stylus and finger all the time either.
