Reset the tutorial?

Is there a way to reset the tutorial? There was nothing closeby when the tutorial was active, so I haven't the faintest of clues on how to play.

    If you're on Prime, go to settings, scroll down to Agent Primer, and tap Restart next to Ingress Agent Tutorial
