I hope we get free items or somthing new when we work hard with large fields and win cycle with more MuS. Boost agents to work more with large field and win cycle.
There should be a Faction winning (event) per cycle and agent winning per cycle for both faction and top agent between both factions per cell. Faction winning the cycle should be some sort of boost, AP multiplier, Weapon dmg boost, resonator life bonus, mod enhancer, etc. Something that lasts for 24 to 48 hours and starts right after the cycle ends and the new one begins. Agent on the top 3 for just faction should get a set number of items, for example flip-card of their alignment, L/K-cubes, set amount of weapons and resos in relation to their level, and the top agent from both factions in the cell gets a little more. Doesn't have to be that but some sort of reward, and rewards are given by cell, but to the max of what the agent achieved (so if an agent is on the top 3 of the scoreboards in multiple cells, they only get the prize of one cell).
NIA needs to put in place a better agent scoring on how an individual agent plays by taking in all the stats acquired during the cycle and reward the top six agents, three enl, three res, then the top three on the score board gets bonuses on top of those. With how the game is going just giving a participation award might keep people around.
Just make one field a cycle and you get 10 L8 Bursters!
I like the idea or reward the players with VR items when winning the cicle or make an Operation than involves many agents and make a lot of Mu's, of course very well documented, like an Operation hall, or a Operation Museum. 😃

Mind unit score is kind of obsolete now that there are fewer and fewer players.
Mots of mu are done by players alone in their area without any opponent.

eh bigger bafs are something that is impossible to do alone, no way that is long teamwork and planning required for weeks sometimes months....

No, and that comes from a player whos on the side that regularly wins the Cell.
A badge maybe (though i have no idea how practical or it would work) but actual in game rewards, no no no no no
