Nice thing about poi's they are spread out by a distance per niantic established rules. Pois cant be too close together. There is set spacing. Just because I can maximize a park with proper submissions that are eligible and meet requirements for being a portal doesn't mean they shouldnt be...
Per AMA August 2019. A persons behavior doesnt effect if a portal is valid and meets criteria. That's in the apartment playground response. :P
I've told you multiple times why they don't meet criteria. But that's ok. Keep submitting them. Hopefully your community has seen that AMA response about punishments for bad submitters
You're right. Still almost all of the things you believe that should be POI, aren't actually. You can keep trying submitting them, but since they're are really low quality candidates you're gonna keep get them denied.
You're getting miss interpretation on the real criterias and morphing them in your mind to fit your desires...
I beg to differ. I'm reading the criteria correct. Others have a bat **** sense of everything must be pretty to be approved. When it's clear niantic allows things at parks that are not pretty. Overly making criteria that isnt there is on you guys. Being realistic on submissions at parks and helping communities is what we are supposed to do.
Since your saying I'm misinterpreting the criteria. Post the portal criteria requirements. Show me where everything has to fall under every category for them. An example as mcdonalds playgrounds.... for your answers.
Could you go ahead and close this thread as well as it has also devolved into the same rambling as the previous thread.
Also we would love yours or Andrew's feedback on some of the items mentioned in this thread such as Electrical Towers, Drinking Fountains, Dog Waste Stations etc to put an end to this madness.
They havent closed because it's common sense items for things at parks that should have portals.... sit at a few parks that arent as built up as a major park. You will see everything is valid.
Closing this thread as it's devolved from being a productive conversation. I will say that, there are some updates to OPR coming, including some clarification to the requested POI categories.

Are your submissions getting approved? **** Merritt Park Drinking Fountain portal
Wait are you telling me now that you believe regular water fountains don't meet criteria but a drinking fountain does? 😂 I'm done
I'm still awaiting for a way it's not valid. Lol. Besides uniqueness. But uniqueness isnt a requirement for everything....

I thought you were leaving the posts? If you use common sense and read the guide you can see they are eligible. It's not rocket science.
