I have a problem. I have not received the email of my statistics on the anomaly of Lyon this weekend.

is it possible to give them to me?

Is the box ticked in PRIME ?

The "Send me events, offers and updates" box must be ticked in PRIME for you to receive the email. It is clearly specified that ticking it in REDACTED doesn't work and only PRIME counts.

Unfortunately you probably won't ever get the mail for the anomaly but you can check for your future event.
