Remote recharging as of 2.27.3
Yesterday's Myriad was my second chance to recharge anomaly portals remotely (circumstances that stress the app considerably way more than normal) and I'm happy to report that the Prime app is already usable for this purpose. For comparison, my last time was for Darsana Prime (around the time of the 2.18.1 - 2.19 - 2.18.2 hullabaloo) where Prime would crash after switching between three (3) keys...if I'm lucky. Coupled with Prime's dismal app loading times, I was forced to continue recharging with the Redacted scanner.
4 months later and 9-ish patches after, app loading times are somewhat less dismal and Prime's crashes are fewer and farther in between. I clocked in nine (9) crashes for yesterday's 3-hour anomaly period. We also had a post-prime release player in the team and her app crashed eight (8) times in the same 3-hour period. FWIW, that same person (who didn't have access to redacted) is yesterday's top recharger for our region.
Synthesis: We're happy that Prime's stability has improved but it still remains to be a big problem. A crash every 20 minutes can have potentially game-changing consequences, aside from dealing with the toll of the stress from hoping the app doesn't give up on you in the most crucial of times.
edit: we were both running 2.27.3, I'm on a Google Pixel 2XL on Android 9 (July 2019 patch) and the top recharger was on a Huawei Nova 3i on Android 9 (May 2019 patch)

agreed. We also had multiple game freezes in prime during the recharge party.
I counted 57 crashes on my device in a 3 hour period why remote recharging for Madison. (Moto X4, 2.27.3). This app is still not ready.
I managed to recharge 1.97 million XM in 2.27.3 on Saturday. Had a few back to back freezes, and was probably having to restart the client every 20 minutes, with a few device reboots.
Still, way better than it was the last few times I tried to do a Recharge Room with Prime.
