@jontebula the word you're looking for is "shut". "Shout" is to yell.
Anyways, if you don't give the site name/address, there's not really anything Niantic can do. If anything, file a support ticket about the site at https://ingress.com/support and leave it at that, don't put the address on the forums.
They likely can find a number of cheat stores. But I'm not entirely sure that they desire to have a team dedicated to only checking out every single bogus website and cheat shops online. Plus if the person is clever enough, they'll find a way to just re-upload the website a few days after it was deleted. People are sadly foolish enough to forget that Niantic has stated before that buying from anywhere but Niantic supported websites and the app itself is not allowed and can lead up to their account getting banned for life.
I think you may be better off following ArtilectZed's advice and using the reporting function on the official Niantic website. But, you also seem to like to constantly call on any Niantic staff on the forums here to fix little things, like they only live to work for the game and other things relating to it. I'd tell you to cool it, but I know my words would go in one ear and right out the other...
It's pretty much impossible to shut down an online store that sells virtual items. What they have done is simply bought some items from the stores and shut down the accounts used to farm and courier them. A few months ago over 16,000 bot accounts were shut down in a single hit.
Also anybody found to have items in their inventory that came from the same bot accounts lost those items and got a warning.
Remember every single item has a unique UUID and can be tracked from account to account. People buying items are eventually found out, warned and if necessary banned.
The way to shut down the cheat stores is to stop people buying from them.
By Ingress's core rules this is one of the hardest issues to deal with. On the reverse of this, be glad you can capsule a bunch of items and drop them for another agent. PoGo and WU players would love to have this feature. In my opinion the good still outweighs the bad.
i dont think this is a problem anymore.. all that comm spam few years ago is gone.. and also nobody wants to buy stuff if your acc is risk to get banned ,so again i dont think this is a problem anymore.. but spoofing and destroying baf fields and guardians etc is a problem still...
Comm spam just about made comm unusable. Niantic has done a great job eliminating all of that. I think I've seen one or two comm posts about selling gear in the last couple of years.

I think Niantic can use Google and find cheat stores. If i write adress i dont follow the rules for Ingress and the community.

I see this has returned! And it got personal as it was addressed to my wife and showed up under alerts!
Yep Comms has been completely spammed with a 3rd party site.
I filed a support request so Remy is on the case 🙂
I hope @NianticBrian @NianticCasey can help us close all new cheat store page.
Yes hopefully, @Niantic* can help since it has started again.
(as you are from support you have the tools to see who i blocked in the last week)
Too bad this all has to go in a reactive matter.
