Why are there some locations that prime doesn't load?

I have found some locations (friends and family residences) where prime will not load even though there is 100Mbit broadband WiFi. Ingress redacted, pokemon GO and Wizzards Unite all load fine but not Ingress Prime. Anyone else found this? This is prohibitive for me continuing to play this game. #niaops #prime #bug @NIAops.

    Where does it stop loading?

    The ingress logo, or the globe?


    If it's the globe, it's your GPS that isn't getting a good enough location for Prime (the other apps are fine with a less accurate location)

    Globe..... Even if I'm stood outside their front or back door? Even down the garden.

    Nope I only have the one phone.... Maybe after my next upgrade 👍

    Seems to have finally been resolved with the latest update
