Investigating: Error Indicating your Account Doesn't Exist

We're currently looking into an issue where logging into the Intel Map results in an error message indicating that your account is suspended and/or that your account doesn't exist.
Don't panic! Reloading Ingress and/or the Intel Map should resolve this issue and restore access.
If you continue to experience issues, please submit a ticket via the Help Center.

ohh thanks god i think that my account was suspended..
My account is still suspended from 22 July, how long is this going to continue?
