Two Events at the same day?

In October some of us are returning from holiday in the afternoon and therefore probably can't attend the FS at the holiday location nor the one at home.

But if we have 10 agents that didn't participate in the afternoon - we would be able to create a second event later in the evening, right?

Does the event need to be in another city? Any recommendations for a minimum distance between those two cities?

    limit is 1 event per city each month.

    A minimum distance of 150 km applies if there is a disagreement between events/cities.
