I paid for CORE and only got the CMU, help chat completely useless, running me in circles

I signed up for CORE and got the CMU bonuus right away, but no badge, no inventory space, no nothing else.

I am on iphone and this was paid for through the apple store in phone app thing.

Customer service kept asking me to shoe them my puurchase receipt, which I provided at least 4 times. They tell me this is not the purchase receipt , claiming it is an email from Niantic, despite it clearly saying it is from APPLE.

Cuustomer service asks me for a transaction ID number, there is nothing of the sort in any email I got from apple. Thy say they can not help without this number and end the session.

It is extremely frustrating, coming up on one month now with absolutely no progress being made.
