What's going on?
Niantic Supply is ran by people who don't know how to properly source custom orders.
I know my order was delayed because they never made one of the boxes and I didn't find out until last Friday. Their solution was "you won't receive a custom box and we will send you that missing box when we eventually send you your second order.". I have yet to receive notice of that second order being shipped. Really. ****.
Luckily, it was my own custom box and not any agent I ordered for who wanted a custom box but still...
I heard other reports that they had production issues.
All I could suggest is to send them a ton of emails asking what's up.
Also if anyone in Niantic marketing is listening, You really have to step up your game. How is it that agents can independently crowdsource custom orders with minimal (less then one quarter) lead-in time for an anomaly and your are not able to do that properly with a 8 months lead in?

This...big time. They don't know what they are doing. Also, if you have to change your mailing address, good luck. The system tends to switch it back to the original address, despite you deleting the old one out. I finally got my last pack, but the replacement pack didn't have the personalized boxes.
Too bad we can't leave a review for that store/shop or whatever you want to call it.
