Why was the mission I applied for rejected?

Some of the missions I recently applied for have been rejected.

However, the mission of another user who applied for the same mission photo has been approved.

I think the decision to reject the mission is an error. Please check this problem.

I am the creator of this banner, and it has been approved at least 9 times already (from what I could see on Bannergress), there is no reason why this one and that one image specifically shouldn’t be 🤔

Mission description: Discoverie anomaly phase 2 레지스탕스 키네틱 챌린지 기념 미션입니다.

The descriptions of all 18 missions are the same.

And the mission path is all different, so there's no reason why the third image will be rejected the same by chance.

We recently experienced the same case when we applied for the Sparkling Reims memorial mission.

Sparkling Reims mission applicants all used the same image and wrote the same mission description.

Some applicants were approved but others were rejected in the same image (5/6).

What I want to say is that Niantic's mission approval criteria for the same image are often different.

Is this an error in Niantic? Or was it intended?

I tried to contact niantic again by e-mail and just got an answer.

The reasons for rejection received from Lucas are as follows.

"Upon review, it has been rejected because the Image consists identifiable person."

I don't understand the criteria for judging niantic. Furthermore, I am disappointed by the inconsistent judgments approved by some applicants.

I think niantic should be improved to have consistent approval criteria. Because If we don't have luck, we will be rejected the mission application.

The rejection sucks and makes no sense, but heck, I think this is the first time that support actually told someone exactly what the reason for rejection was.
