Great for mental health but with a big gap
I have been playing for a long time and it helped me during bad moments as I'd force myself out for a daily hack or to explore new areas.
Unfortunately more recently, I came across with this Glyph Hack message "escape before **** end all" that, if I had encountered it during my "bad phase", it could have suggested a very bad self harming path.
I beg Niantic to have a Mental Health team reviewing these messages so it does not inadvertently induce someone to wrong way in real life.

it's just glyphs, they are random
That's very perceptive of you - and caring, to try to bring it to Niantic's attention before it impacts someone.
Here's why I'm split on the odds of acknowledgement.
Niantic does occasionally take on social concerns, like getting rid of Confederate portals because of what they can say to some agents. Niantic posted this about "National Walking Day" https://nianticlabs.com/news/world-walking-day-2023?hl=en and this about Earth Day https://nianticlabs.com/news/earth-month-2023?hl=en The 2022 recap here https://nianticlabs.com/news/2022-review?hl=en includes "Planted 301,000 trees with our partners at Ecosia as part of our mission of making the world a better place." So: maybe they'll consider mental health.
However...
Niantic doesn't have anyone look at accessibility (like keyboard shortcuts for websites, or options for color blind). No project managers to make sure things move in a logical manner. No testers to make sure updates don't break things. No decent documentation of any product (altho the recent mission document was nice). No one proofreads emails (at least not for Wayfarer). There is no community manager (that I know of). No marketing to bring in new agents. I think they're just not going to have a 'Mental Health team".
Niantic has said they would remove Confederate portals and I have yet to see them be removed and well, the place I know nearby is an actual historical place for the Confederates
They say a lot of things, what they actually do is what matters. Just ask Ace!
This is an excellent observation.
I recently listened to a podcast in which a psychology professor discussed tryggers and trygger (I'm not sure if the forum will eat those words but I bet it will) warnings in great detail, and there are lots of nuances that I was completely unaware of. I understand the intended meaning of this particular sequence but it's always struck me as being a bit problematic.
Yeah, it's a bit nihilistic if you think about it too much. There's also one for four-glyph portals: escape before pure d__ .
