On Sep 10 while doing missions and deploying on a portal I accidentally hit the CMU purchase button for 100 resos. In doing so I became over capacity by over 80 items and had to recycle gear to resume hacking portals to contour with missions. In less than 24 hours @Johannes replied that they could not refund until I had enough resos to equal the ones I accidentally purchased From Johannes:

“Hello again,

We'll be glad to assist you. However, in order to provide the CMU refund, we need to delete the items which were purchased using the CMU. Since the Resonators are less on your account, we are unable to delete the items and process the refund. Hence, we suggest you to add items on your inventory 70

L8 Resonators and 30 lower level Res-onators) and get back to us so that we can delete them and process the CMU refund.

We appreciate your understanding in this regard.”

i did that and let them know in the chat. However, with repeated requests I have been met with radio silence and for the last few weeks my scanner has been carrying about 100 extra resos I really don’t want taking up inventory space. Does anyone know how to escalate help?
