Sometimes the backend mucks up and duplicates a Capsule with the same ID. You'll need to open a support ticket as the Key Locker needs to be removed manually. Head to support.ingress.com and open a ticket under the Gameplay Help -> Key Locker Issue category. Keep the ID of the duplicated Capsules ready.
