Portal scan button has disappeared

Portal scan has been working for me for some time. Even with the new Lightship AR . But now, suddenly, the scan portal button is no more.
I have a Xiaomi 11 lite 5g.
I have tried uninstall/install of ingress with no improvement. It lets me install Lightship AR, but button is still missing.

Same problem i've met after a updating to 2.123.2. My device is Samsung SM-S9110（Galaxy s23） The screenshot shows missing scan button in setting page.
I have the same problem, there's just no option to scan. I only have a mid range Galaxy A33 and was thinking I may need to go out and buy a Galaxy S23 or similar Quality, but I see you have the S23, so that won't work. There was a link to download the Lightship App and I click that, but I don't think it downloaded as it was too fast, it just disappeared and I can't find it in the app drawer.
I hope this will be fixed soon, I was enjoying working towards Scout Controller Onyx.

Same problem. S23+ I was able to upload a ton of scans last Tuesday and then it wasn't there when I went to go scan a new portal next next day or so. Started on 123.1 and still an issue on 123.2.
New version does not resolve the problem for me.
Still no scan on 2.124.2 on current S8 and J7-2017
I'm sad, i go on vacation and want to scan uniek portals but i still cant scan. No button. Its strange that not evrybody seem to have this problem but its not fair. I just was working for the badge.
This is frustrating, I've been working towards Onyx Scout Controller and now the Scan button is missing.
The Devs here just seem to be ignoring the problem. Please let us know what is going on. Are you working on a fix or do we need to upgrade our phones?

Same bug on Oneplus nord 3 on 2.123.2 and now 2.124.2. Scanning worked without issue on 2.123.1. Scanning works in Pokémon Go v. 0.281.3-G-64. Can you fix Ingress?
I also am still having the same issue after updating to 124.2.
Same bug since 2.123 version with Android 13 on Samsung Galaxy A52s.
No scan is possible after clean cache and réinstall app.

On my samsung s10 button is there weird but not oneplus nord2
I got Oneplus nord 2 and 170 scans before they removed The Button. I wish they just told US that they will fix it we al make misdtakes and development to 100s of modells nowdays can be trickie when testning betas before release.
I bet Monster Hunter Now doesn't have free beacons about Ingress. (I got an ad when I restarted Ingress this morning as well.)
