active CORE subscription but inventory capped at 2000

Hello,
I had to change my payment method in the apple App Store. Since then, my inventory is capped at 2000. I’ve tried taking in game actions, closing and opening the app, cancelling the subscription and renewing, nothing works.
app store says I have a current subscription and that it renews on Sept. 20. I’m not going to get my money’s worth if I’m stuck at 2000 until then. Please fix or give me some credit. This is unfair.
I also see this is a known bug going back 2 years? What gives?

Try going into the settings in your app and scroll down to the subscription section. There should be a "Refresh" option on iOS, try tapping that button and restart the scanner.
If that doesn't work, open a support ticket on support.ingress.com or via the helpchat in the scanner settings. For CORE issues, support is surprisingly quick and uncomplicated. Open a ticket via Account Help -> CORE subscription issues and follow the prompts.
