CORE Subscription not showing

My latest payment was taken successfully on the 10th Aug and via the AppStore I can see my subscription is still active, yet I’ve lost my CORE Flair and Inventory etc and the game is advertising that I should subscribe!
Come to think of it I can’t recall if I received my August loadout or not, can you also check this please? My current sub is showing at 30 months. I’m a day 1 subscriber

Have you already opened a support ticket? For CORE issues, support is surprisingly quick and uncomplicated. Open a ticket via Account Help -> CORE subscription issues and follow the prompts.

It’s still showing 30 months subscribed. Is that right for someone on the max?
Via the scanner or via support.ingress.com. This forum is for reporting bugs that affect everyone, such as missing text for an item as an example. Everything that is a unique problem just for one person needs to be solved via a support ticket through the scanner or the support website.
Peeking at your profile, it shows 31 months for me now, which is correct if you have been subscribed since the start :)
@egan706 I'm investigating, but it looks like your C.O.R.E. subscription renewal happened on 2023/08/13 Sun 4:27:46 PM UTC. Can you please confirm?
Hi Brian. Tobias has helped me refresh the subscription and restart to reset the counter for months subscribed. Thanks for your reply
