I find the lack of customer service for simple issues after I have spent money in game and on subscriptions to be absolutely outrageous where is the representation for the consumer?
Niantic Supply's customer service also sucks. They ghosted me. When they released the card deck form, I filled it out and then I sent them several emails since I have two orders and was only able to personalized the deck boxes for one order. Currently, Niantic Supply is believed to be shipped by Niantic employees in the U.S. during their normal workday.
They are professionals in programming, etc., but amateurs in shipping operations.
Therefore, I believe mistakes will occur.
As for Niantic Supply, I believe that they should outsource their operations to a company that specializes in shipping.
There are many issues that need to be resolved in advance, such as customs duties, but this would be more satisfactory.

As for Niantic Supply, I believe that they should outsource their operations to a company that specializes in shipping.
It is already, a company named Advoc8 is responsible for the Supply store.
Regardless their customer service still sucks.
Over one week without a response beyond the "we will respond within 72 hours during the normal business week" is unacceptable.
